TechWomen is delighted to announce the appointment of Jyothi Madanial to the Executive Council. With a career spanning two countries and twenty years, Jyothi has extensive experience in software and product design, development, and delivery. She is an enthusiastic problem solver dedicated to addressing everyday challenges.
Jyothi co-founded the Women in Tech Roles Community at AWS NZ, focusing on career and professional development for women in a supportive community environment. She volunteers her time for various activities, sharing her experiences as a woman in tech and organising Hour of Code events to ensure young girls participate and appreciate the value of STEM.
Jyothi strongly believes that the narrative around diversity needs to evolve from mere statistics to fostering a supportive community with equitable professional and career development opportunities.
