Tech Women today announced the launch of its new Member Hub space, an exclusive online community designed to help members connect with each other and access member-only events, resources and updates — all in one place.
Tech Women is Aotearoa New Zealand’s community for women in tech. We connect, inspire, and advance women in technology across Aotearoa — building community through events and mentoring, inspiring the next generation through ShadowTech, and supporting allies and organisations to take meaningful action on diversity. Together, we’re addressing one of the sector’s biggest growth challenges: the shortage of women in tech roles.
The Member Hub runs on the Circle platform and can be accessed via browser or mobile app. It’s designed to complement Tech Women’s events and programmes by creating an always-on space for peer connection, learning and support.
“Tech Women exists to help women in technology build meaningful connections, access practical support, and thrive,” said Yvonne Gill, Executive Director. “The Member Hub gives our members a simple way to stay connected, contribute to the conversations that matter, and strengthen community across Aotearoa.”
The Hub launch is the first step in an expanded approach to member engagement. Moving forward, the Hub will increasingly be the place where members can access opportunities to participate, connect and learn — including member-only events, resources, and ways to contribute through mentoring, ShadowTech, and community initiatives.
