For this year’s International Women’s Day, TechWomen NZ hosted a virtual panel of five speakers covering the topic of Imposter Syndrome.
Our diverse and experienced panel of speakers consisted of four women and one man – our “diversity in the room”!
Each speaker had a passionate and heartfelt story as to how they have experienced or viewed Imposter Syndrome.
View the webinar at your leisure, and join us as we share experiences, observations and tips on how to deal with this feeling if or when it crops up.
“Imposter syndrome (IS) refers to an internal experience of believing that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be. While this definition is usually narrowly applied to intelligence and achievement, it has links to perfectionism and the social context.”
