DESCRIPTION:Informal panel discussion with some awesome women of varying stages and ages sharing their experiences.\nThere are so many opportunities in the tech sector for women and it offers a lot more flexibility than some other career paths\, yet women make up less than 25% of the tech industry in NZ. \nIncreasing representation of women in tech is important not only for the brilliant career opportunities it can offer to them\, but also for the ability of the technology industry as a whole to innovate and rise to meet the needs of society. \nThis event is suitable for those who not only want to get inspired and learn more about the vast range of career opportunities in the tech sector but also connect with like minded people. Whilst the focus will be on “women” the event is open to everyone.
